Terms and conditions for Irritant.dk

By accepting these terms and conditions, and upon confirmation of the customer’s order, a written and binding agreement is entered into between the customer and Irritant.dk. Once an order is completed on Irritant.dk, the customer will automatically receive a confirmation of the purchase. In case of errors or omissions in the order Irritant.dk reserves the right NOT to send the product to the customer, and thus cancel the order.
Irritant.dk receives online payments with Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Maestro and Mobilepay Online.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.
All amounts on the website include Danish VAT (25%). Prices are without shipping or other services that Irritant.dk may offer. Irritant.dk reserves the right to change prices at any time.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing: Denmark – Kroner (DKK), All other countries – Euro (EUR) and Danske Kroner (DDK)
Irritant.dk uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol which means your data is secure and cannot be read by other external people.
Irritant.dk’s own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.
The delivery time for your order is 1-4 days. However, we will strive to send the package as soon as possible. If, for unforeseen reasons, delays occur, you will be notified via email.
Irritant.dk sends goods with the following: GLS, PostNord, DAO og Bring. You can choose whichever is best for you.
The freight is calculated by weight.
You will be able to choose between having the package sent “without distribution” or “with distribution” or “pick it up yourself” at our parcel shop in Copenhagen.
You will always receive a track and trace no so you can follow your package, from our warehouse and home to you.
Please note that local import duties vary by country and region. These taxes are to be paid by the customer.
VAT exempt purchases (for customers outside of the EU):
We offer tax free purchases on orders from Non-EU countries. Prices do not include payment or delivery charges. VAT (20% of total price) will be removed automatically in the checkout process when the shipping adress and country is selected.

Irritant.dk are able to send for 800 USD free of taxes and duty per shipment due to the increase in U.S. de minimis.
Not Shipping To Your Country? Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org telling us where you are, and we will do our best to fulfil your order.
14 days full refund is given on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14 day period starts the day the order is delivered.
Any return costs will be payed by the costumer.
The request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the delivery and be with us in the past 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation.
The wish to use the right of withdrawal must be sent to mail email@example.com. The announcement must make clear your wish for the use of the right of withdrawal.
The goods condition upon return
You are liable for the deterioration of the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. This means that you have to try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item has been used or tested in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of impaired value. This means that when the purchase is canceled, you will receive a minor portion or none of the purchase amount returned. It is up to Irritant.dk to assess the product’s condition.
There is a 2 year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law. The warranty applies to all errors in software, material and fabrication.
Complaints regarding Errors and defects must be communicated to Irritant.dk in a reasonable time after the goods have been received. Here is considered max. two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
The complaint waives for improper or unusual operation of the product.
Irritant.dk covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.

Complaints will not be received if they have been sent via collection.
We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others, they are only registered in our customer directory. You can delete your information at any time.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with Irritant.dk, we need the following information:
We make the registration of your personal information for the purpose of delivering the goods to you.
The personal information is registered with Irritant.dk and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
When collecting personal information via our website, we ensure that it always happens by submitting your explicit consent so that you are informed exactly what information is being collected and why.

We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted.
As registered at Irritant.dk, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to know what information is registered about you. You are entitled to these rights under the Personal Data Act and to contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
On Irritant.dk, cookies are used for the purpose of optimizing the website and its functionality, thereby making the visit as easy as possible for you.

We use a log statistics at Irritant.dk, which means that a statistics system collects information that can provide a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where on the website it is abandoned etc.
The log statistics are only used for the purpose of optimizing Irritant.dk‘s website.
We use services from Google (Google Analytics) to collect web statistics. Cookies from these providers offer the ability to see which pages are visited, traffic referrals etc. This information is used to measure and improve the customer experience as well as analysing up on sales and advertising campaigns.
